These entities were subsequently purchased by Blackhawk Network Holdings Inc. in 2014, the world's
largest gift card brand and the parent company of GiftCardMall.com. Previously, Microsoft Corporation
purchased another one of our premium domains CashBack.com in a private sale for an undisclosed
amount in 2008.
